Licensed clinical psychologist NY, CT, ME and PSYPACT

I help women feel connected and safe in love, in life, at home and at work. Specializing in trauma for decades, I incorporate spiritual practices to heal at a deeper level. As a divorced single mother, I also help parents find their footing again after major life changes.

Finding love for yourself and making connections with others is possible.

What brings you here

the simple question with complicated answers

We all have wounds.

Sometimes we can navigate the stressors of life with our existing support systems, and sometimes we need more.

There is support that we get from our friends, from our loved ones, but therapy is a different layer of support.

what will we do?

Therapy provides a safe space to look inward and at all of our patterns (and stuff-we’ve all got it). We meet on a regular basis to talk through goals. Then, side by side, we walk through your story from where you’ve been to where you want to go.

I’ve studied various methods and theories and integrate them to meet your individual needs. These include Psychodynamic psychotherapy, CBT, Mindfulness, Trauma-focused CBT, PCIT, Buddhism, Shamanism, and spirituality as a more general topic.
